Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Cerebrafit LLC ("biz") tarafından sunulan Cerexer mobil uygulaması ve cerexer.com web sitesinin ("Hizmet") kullanımını düzenler. Hizmeti indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Hizmeti kullanmayın.
1. Kullanım Lisansı
Size, Cerexer'i kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz, satamaz, kiralayamaz veya tersine mühendislik yapamazsınız.
2. Tıbbi Tavsiye Değildir
Uygulama içindeki hiçbir içerik tıbbi tavsiye olarak yorumlanmamalıdır. Bilişsel sağlığınızla ilgili endişeleriniz varsa lütfen bir sağlık uzmanına danışın. Uygulamayı kullanmaya başlamadan önce sağlık durumunuzla ilgili şüpheniz varsa hekiminize başvurun.
3. Güvenli Kullanım
Egzersizler kol ve el hareketleri içerir. Egzersizleri yeterli boş alana sahip, güvenli bir ortamda yapın; çevrenizdeki nesnelere ve kişilere dikkat edin. Rahatsızlık, ağrı, baş dönmesi veya yorgunluk hissederseniz kullanıma ara verin. Cihazınızı sabit ve güvenli bir konumda tutmanızı öneririz.
4. Fikri Mülkiyet
Cerexer uygulaması, tüm içeriği, tasarımı, logoları ve "Cerexer" ile "Cerebrafit" markaları Cerebrafit LLC'ye aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır. Bu Koşullar size herhangi bir mülkiyet hakkı devretmez.
5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
- Hizmeti yasa dışı hiçbir amaçla kullanamazsınız.
- Hizmetin çalışmasını bozmaya, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya veya kaynak koduna yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışamazsınız.
- Hizmeti üçüncü taraflara yeniden satamaz veya ticari olarak sunamazsınız.
6. Garanti Reddi
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Hizmetin kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağına dair açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti vermiyoruz. El takibi doğruluğu; ışık koşulları, cihaz donanımı ve kullanım ortamına göre değişebilir.
7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Cerebrafit LLC; Hizmetin kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
8. Değişiklikler ve Sonlandırma
Hizmeti veya bu Koşulları herhangi bir zamanda güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Güncellenmiş Koşullar bu sayfada yayımlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer. Koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde erişiminizi sonlandırabiliriz.
9. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kuralları hariç olmak üzere, ABD New Jersey Eyaleti yasalarına tabidir.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cerexer mobile application and the cerexer.com website (the "Service"), provided by Cerebrafit LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cerexer for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or reverse engineer the app.
2. Not Medical Advice
Nothing in the app should be interpreted as medical advice. If you have concerns about your cognitive health, please consult a healthcare professional. If you are unsure whether the app is suitable for your health condition, consult your physician before use.
3. Safe Use
Exercises involve arm and hand movements. Perform them in a safe environment with adequate free space, and be mindful of objects and people around you. If you experience discomfort, pain, dizziness, or fatigue, take a break. We recommend keeping your device in a stable, secure position.
4. Intellectual Property
The Cerexer application, all of its content, design, logos, and the "Cerexer" and "Cerebrafit" marks belong to Cerebrafit LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
5. Acceptable Use
- You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- You may not attempt to disrupt the Service, circumvent its security measures, or gain unauthorized access to its source code.
- You may not resell the Service or offer it commercially to third parties.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Hand tracking accuracy may vary depending on lighting conditions, device hardware, and your environment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cerebrafit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
8. Changes and Termination
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when published on this page. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, excluding its conflict of law rules.
